1. Quotes & Prices

Quotes are based on the information provided to us and, where necessary, an inspection of the vehicle, tyres or wheels.

If an inspection identifies additional work or damage that was not reasonably apparent when the original quote was provided, the price may need to change.

We will explain any additional work and obtain your approval before carrying out additional chargeable work.

2. Tyres & Fitting

Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information, including the vehicle registration, make, model and relevant tyre requirements.

We may inspect the vehicle, wheels and existing tyres before carrying out work to help confirm that the requested product or service is suitable.

We may decline work where we reasonably believe that carrying it out would be unsafe or unsuitable.

3. Part-Worn Tyres

Part-worn tyres are previously used tyres and may show reasonable signs of previous use.

All part-worn tyres supplied by Sam Tyres will be inspected and supplied in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

4. Alloy Wheel Repair & Refurbishment

Alloy wheels are inspected before repair or refurbishment.

The condition of a wheel may mean that additional work is required, including work relating to corrosion, buckling, cracks, previous repairs or other damage.

Where additional chargeable work is required, we will contact you and obtain your approval before proceeding.

As refurbished wheels are existing products, the final appearance may be affected by their original condition and any previous damage or repairs.

5. Bookings & Appointments

Customers should arrive on time for appointments and provide accurate contact and vehicle information.

On occasion, an appointment may need to be rearranged due to circumstances outside our reasonable control. Where this happens, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you.

6. Payment

Payment is due as agreed when your booking is confirmed or when the work is completed.

Prices will be confirmed before work is carried out wherever reasonably practicable.

7. Existing Damage & Personal Belongings

Customers should inform us of any known damage or issues affecting their vehicle, tyres or wheels before work begins.

We recommend removing valuable or personal belongings from your vehicle before leaving it with us.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

Any cancellation rights that apply under consumer law remain unaffected by these terms.

9. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.

Where a product or service does not meet the standards required by law, you may have rights to a repair, replacement, repeat performance, price reduction, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances.

10. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information, images, prices and availability shown on our website are accurate and up to date.

However, prices, products and availability may change. Information displayed on the website does not constitute a confirmed quotation unless expressly confirmed by Sam Tyres.

11. Complaints

If you have a concern about a product or service, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate the issue and work with you to resolve it.
